Deposit Requirement

A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due before pickup or shipping.
Design Approval Policy

Production begins after deposit and design approval. Once a design is approved, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.
Order Timeline

Orders must be placed at least 10 days in advance to allow proper preparation and production. Rush orders may be subject to an additional fee.
Color Variations

Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.
Issue Reporting
